The 34,000 square foot recreation center has a swimming pool, locker rooms, gymnasium, multi-purpose rooms, meeting space, kitchen, and offices. Interested party must be able to meet the maintenance and capital improvement costs. The interested party will be required to meet the monthly maintenance costs to keep the facility running estimated at $606,900 annually, could be more depending on the type of use, frequency of use, and aging infrastructure. Costs could be less without pool use.
