Non-personal services to furnish all supervision, labor, tools, materials, parts, equipment, and necessary lift equipment to perform annual preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and authorized repairs for twenty (20) Big Ass Fans located across five hangar buildings. The work includes a one-time installation of guy wires on four (4) specific fans in Buildings 1068 and 1045 to ensure operational readiness and personnel safety. Services support ongoing maintenance requirements under a base year with four option years and must comply with all installation security procedures for base access. Questions regarding this solicitation are due to the above individuals no later than June 03, 2026 at 10:00 AM PST. All questions and answers will be provided to all potential offerors and posted on SAM.gov for public access. Contractor personnel are required to clearly identify themselves as contractors in all meetings and correspondence to maintain the non-personal nature of this service contract.
