The requirement is to provide comprehensive inspection and testing of multiple water supply wells at Beale Air Force Base in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and services necessary to perform inspection, testing, and related activities to ensure the wells meet the operational, environmental, and performance standards identified in the PWS. Work shall comply with all requirements identified in the solicitation, including delivery schedules, performance conditions, and the applicable provisions and clauses incorporated into the RFQ.
