This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, with proposals requested under RFQ FA468626QS011. The requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS 561790 with a $9.0M size standard. The contractor shall provide non-personal services to perform scheduled annual, semi-annual, and quarterly kitchen hood and duct cleaning for nine facilities. Work includes cleaning kitchen exhaust hood and duct systems, including power jet washing, hand scraping, and hand wiping of all components such as ducts, fittings, dampers, plenums, filters, air-handling equipment, fan housings, fan blades, and drip containers. All services must comply with NFPA Standards 17A and 96, AFI 91-203, manufacturer instructions, and all applicable local, state, and federal requirements. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, and related items necessary for complete performance. Delivery, acceptance, and performance schedules are identified in the solicitation, with a performance period from 17 April 2026 through 16 April 2031, including one base year and four option periods.
