Resurfacing of multiple playgrounds for the 9th Force Support Squadron (FSS). Work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete playground resurfacing requirements in accordance with the solicitation documents, specifications, schedules, and evaluation criteria identified in the attached solicitation. SCOPE OF WORK. The 9th Force Support Squadron (9 FSS) requires a contractor to execute a complete playground resurfacing project at the Beale AFB Child Development Center and Child Youth Program Center. This project mandates the total removal and off-base disposal of all existing playground surfacing and debris across the pre-toddler, toddler, preschool, and School Age Care (SAC) play areas, followed by the installation of entirely new surfacing systems. Patching or repairing the existing surfaces is strictly prohibited. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the new installation and perform comprehensive site cleanup. Physical Location: Work shall take place at the Beale AFB Child Development Center, 18000 Robert Nicoletti Way Beale AFB, CA 95903 pre-toddler, toddler and preschool playgrounds and School Age Program 15160 Gavin Mandery Way, Beale AFB CA 95903 This project shall fully encompass the removing of any debris on the playground surfaces from pre-toddler, toddler, pre-school , playgrounds and SAC playground and disposing of it. Repairing surface worn areas and patching separated seams. Contractor is responsible for all prep work, installation, cleanup of material, tools, and existing areas in and around the playgrounds. The work covered under this statement of work shall consist of the following: o Toddler Playground: Two blue pads, 210sf and 1300sf roll coat and periodic maintenance treatment and minor edge separation repair in 50/50 blue and black color blend with aromatic urethane binder. One brown pad, roll coat and periodic maintenance treatment and 33lf of 2" depth 6" width edge separation repair in 50/50 beige and black color blend with aromatic urethane binder. Pre Toddler Playground: Front brown pad, roll coat and periodic maintenance treatment and 380sf and 29lf of 2" depth, 6" width edge separation repair in 50/50 beige and black color blend with aromatic urethane binder. Back right blue pad , roll coat and periodic maintenance treatment 260sf and 46lf of 2" depth, 6" width edge separation repair in 50/50 blue and black color blend with aromatic urethane binder. Back left blue pad , roll coat and periodic maintenance treatment 495sf and 80lf of 2" depth, 6" width edge separation repair in 50/50 blue and black color blend aromatic urethane binder. Preschool Playground: Small blue pad roll coat and periodic maintenance treatment and 51lf x 6" width x 2" depth, 100% standard color blue with aromatic urethane binder. Large blue pad roll coat and periodic maintenance treatment 1600sf 100% standard color blue. School Age Playground: O One brown pad , 2426sf, .5" depth, 50/50 green and beige color blend , aromatic urethane binder. Flush ADA accessible edge.
