THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY and does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The notice is issued solely for market research purposes to identify interested and capable sources for a potential future requirement. Submission of information is voluntary, and the Government will not reimburse any costs incurred in responding. The requirement consists of providing all supervision, labor, tools, materials, parts, and equipment, including certified lift equipment, necessary to support annual preventative service, maintenance, diagnostics, and potential repair of twenty Big Ass Fans installed across five aircraft hangars. Annual preventative maintenance includes inspection, cleaning, torque verification, lubrication, and safety checks performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications. The scope of work also includes a one-time installation of new guy wires on four ceiling-mounted fans located within two specific hangars. In addition, diagnostic services are required to identify the root cause of fan malfunctions, with repair services performed upon authorization to restore the equipment to full operational capability. All work must comply with applicable manufacturer requirements and relevant electrical, fire protection, and safety standards, including NEC, AFOSH, and NFPA. Interested sources are requested to provide company information, a capabilities statement demonstrating experience with large industrial fan maintenance and repair, confirmation of access to qualified personnel and certified lift equipment suitable for high-ceiling aircraft hangars, confirmation of compliance with applicable standards, a recommended NAICS code if different from 811310, and a high-level rough order of magnitude for the annual maintenance and one-time guy wire installation.
