Reference Number 0000423409 The Contract Documents provide for the construction of Bid 10307 William Neal Parkway & Ziegler Road Intersection Improvements. The Work consists of updating all truncated domes to meet current ADA standards, install widened truncated domes that correspond with trail continuity, and installation of traffic signals with ADA compliant pushbuttons. The City of Fort Collins identified the need for safety improvements and trail connectivity at this intersection for cyclists and pedestrians. Demand is currently high and will increase after the east side of Ziegler is developed (Strauss Lakes). In anticipation of Strauss Lakes development, the City decided to signalize this intersection, so it will integrate the enhanced trail crossing with the intersection's final buildout.
