Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Princeton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Town Campus Resurfacing and Walkway Improvments The Town Hall Campus will be milled at 1.5" with an estimated quantity of 5,500 square yards. Tack coat will be applied and machine paved at 1.5" of bituminous concrete top course. Estimated quantity of 500 tons. Adjusting three manholes and catch basins, four electric manholes to finish grade. 1400 sq. ft. of sidewalk will be removed and replaced with concrete cement sidewalk 4" thick. Consultation with Princeton Highway Department of Public Works 978-464-2120 to review scope of work and permitting requirements prior to submission of bid as well as a site visit is highly recommended Question Deadline 06/15/2026 All questions pertaining to the specifications are to be directed to the Highway Superintendent, by telephone at (978)464-2120 or electronically to highwavdept@princetonma.gov between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. All questions concerning this IFB and requests for interpretation of these documents shall be submitted in writing to the Procurement Officer / OWNERS representative no less than three (3) business days before the due date for submissions.
