Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Leicester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Seeking bids for resurfacing of the municipal tennis and basketball courts on Winslow Avenue. Work consists of rehabilitating the existing court surfaces through crack repair, surface leveling, and placement of new asphalt course. Approximate total paved area: 36,663 square feet. Exclusions: Court color coating and striping/painting; removal or reinstallation of fencing and fence posts; and reconstruction of base, or full depth pavement replacement (unless directed as extra work). Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. All work being performed requires a 50% Payment Bond in The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive minor informalities in the bids, or to accept the bid deemed best for the Town.
