Description

Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 220-unit multi-residential development; 15,000-square-foot retail development; restaurant; office development; 4,000-square-foot multi-residential development; 950-space parking garage; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; swimming pool; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

A large-scale mixed-use development is planned to wrap around the new joint city–county government complex in downtown Spartanburg. The project will deliver more than 325,000 square feet, including 220 market-rate luxury apartments and approximately 15,000 square feet of restaurant, retail, and office space, integrated with a public plaza and adjacent to a new 950-space parking garage and trail connections. The $71 million private development is being advanced under an approved development agreement, with commercial components anticipated to open in 2028.
