Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Kemptown, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a one-cell water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
New cell construction at the C&D Debris disposal site for the Colchester Balefill Facility. Generally, the scope of work for the disposal cell construction includes: Soil and sand grading layer Geosynthetic Liner Installation (GCL) liner installation Granular drainage Leachate collection layer, collection pipes and collection sump Perimeter containment berm Connection berm to existing cells Stormwater runoff control Upgrades to current ditching with some sections to include geomembrane lining Erosion and sedimentation control Access road modifications Tender documents and drawings can be requested from Jessica Rushton by email at jrushton@colchester.ca. Tender bids will only be accepted from contractors who have registered and obtained a set of tender documents and drawings from the Municipality of Colchester.
