This Request for Construction (RFC) is an invitation by Divert NS to suitably qualified service providers (Contractors) to submit bids for the construction of a 3-bay maintenance shop at its Kemptown, NS location. The building will be a single-story, approximately 9,900 sq.ft structure, designed as an F2 Medium-Hazard Industrial Occupancy under the National Building Code. It will include: Three service bays for fleet/ trailer maintenance Office and shop sink area Required electrical and mechanical systems Air and water hookups CO/NO2 detection system Welding and compressed air infrastructure Construction must comply with all applicable codes.
