Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Scottsburg, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Repair of storm damage at the Water Treatment Plant --- The work to be performed will include demolition , roof repair / installation , soffit , fascia , gutter and downspout repair / installation , trim , ceiling tile removal and replacement , insulation removal and replacement , HVAC improvements , and all other items mentioned in the contract documents and referenced during the prebid meeting . Roof Replacement -- Remove and properly dispose of the existing roofing system , including all damaged roofing materials , flashing , underlayment , and associated components . Inspect roof decking and structural elements for damage . Notify the Owner of any deficiencies requiring repair prior to installation of new roofing materials . Replace damaged decking as necessary . Install a complete new roofing system , including underlayment , flashing , ridge caps, vents , and all accessories required for a watertight installation . Provide manufacturer's warranties and workmanship warranties upon completion . 2. Air Handler Removal-- Disconnect and remove the existing damaged air handling unit and associated appurtenances as necessary . Properly dispose of removed equipment in accordance with applicable regulations . Coordinate removal activities to minimize disruption to facility operations. Cap, secure, and protect all remaining mechanical, electrical , and control connections until replacement equipment is installed by others or as directed by the Owner . 3. Gutter and Downspout Replacement-- Remove and dispose of all existing damaged gutters , downspouts , hangers, brackets , and associated hardware . Furnish and install new gutters and downspouts matching or exceeding existing capacity . Ensure proper drainage away from the building foundation . Install all required supports , splash blocks , and drainage connections necessary for a complete system . 4. Blower Fan Inspection and Replacement Inspect existing blower fan systems for storm -related damage . Provide documentation of findings to the Owner . Replace blower fan assemblies , motors , controls , mounting hardware , and related components as necessary to restore proper operation . Test and verify operational performance following installation . Interior Restoration - Insulation and Ceiling Systems The Contractor shall remove and replace all insulation and ceiling materials within the following areas : o Blower Room Office Maintenance Room Women's Restroom Men's Restroom Work shall include : Insulation Replacement Remove and dispose of all damaged insulation above ceilings and within affected wall cavities where damage is present . Install new insulation of equivalent or greater thermal performance . Ensure insulation is dry , properly installed , and compliant with applicable building codes. Ceiling Tile Replacement oRemove and dispose of all ceiling tiles . Inspect ceiling grid systems and replace damaged grid components as necessary . Furnish and install new ceiling tiles matching existing style and appearanceas closely as possible . Provide a complete , clean , and uniform finished ceiling system throughout affected areas.
