Reference Number 0000425944 The Town of Breckenridge ("Town") is seeking proposals from qualified trenchless rehabilitation contractors to furnish and install a structural liner within an existing 24-inch corrugated metal culvert located between 105 and 107 Christie Lane. The culvert runs approximately 70-75 linear feet north-south within Town right-of-way and has unrestricted surface access for project operations. Inspections document a downward bend at mid-pipe, severe invert loss, rusted-out sections, and edge deterioration, creating structural and hydraulic deficiencies. The Town intends to rehabilitate the culvert using a cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) or equivalent trenchless structural liner that restores the full hydraulic capacity and long-term durability of the crossing. Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site before submitting proposals. No permits or traffic control plans are required. Staging may occur on Town Public Works property with prior coordination. Town crews will complete all post-project street sweeping and final grading/landscape work.
