Bids are invited for an Elevator Maintenance and Repair Contract at Nicholls State University. Bids must be submitted electronically and strictly conform to the provided bid specification forms. All bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bidders are required to be licensed Contractors with the Louisiana Contractors Licensing Board, under the specialty classification of Elevators, Dumbwaiters, and Escalators. Mechanics must also be licensed by the Louisiana Office of State Fire Marshal or have submitted an application prior to bid submission. Insurance requirements include General Liability, Auto Liability, and Workers Compensation. Nicholls State University reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
