Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Avalon, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for paving for a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work consists of the replacement of existing asbestos-cement water main with new PVC water main, copper service pipes, corporation and curb stops, gate valves, replacement of fire hydrants, backfilling and compaction, milling and resurfacing of the street, striping, and installation of ADA compliant curb ramps. The work shall be completed within 470 calendar days of the Contractor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed. This completion period includes a three-month suspension of construction activities, where no work is to be performed, between May 27th, 2027 and September7th, 2027. All utility work and temporary paving shall be completed within 295 calendar days of the Contractor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed prior to the suspension of construction activities on May 27th, 2027. The site of the work to be performed under the Contract is located on 42nd Street (West of Ocean Drive), Fourth Avenue (South of 42nd Street), Pelican Drive, Heron Drive, Flamingo Drive and Seagull Drive within the Borough of Avalon, Cape May County, New Jersey.
