The work generally comprises the construction of the Sandy Bay Stage 2 Phase 3 Subdivision, including site preparation (tree clearing, grubbing, stripping of organics), site grading (common excavation, roadway and building lot embankments), installation of sanitary sewer (manholes, building services), installation of watermains (hydrants, valves, building services), roadway construction (subgrade preparation, gravel surface, CSP culverts), swabbing existing watermains, rock excavation for underground utility installations, roadway, and lot building pad grading, off-reserve decommissioning and upgrading of existing watermain, water services, and sewer services (including temporary potable water supply to impacted residences), off-reserve roadway reconstruction and drainage improvements (subgrade preparation, gravel surface, CSP culverts), and repair of defects during the warranty period. Only the forms provided in the pre-qualification package will be considered. Additional information or multiple forms not requested will not be considered during the review.
