Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a power facility in Sandy Bay, Saskatchewan. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a power facility; for the demolition of a power facility; and for the renovation of a power facility.
Construction of a new administrative addition and renovations to the existing administrative (admin) area at the Island Falls Hydroelectric station. The existing administrative area is to be renovated to house office space for site personnel, meeting rooms, washroom facilities, and a large conference area for general all employee discussions. The new facility addition is to house the lunchroom, an all-inclusive gender-neutral locker room and washroom area, a health and wellness area for operations as well as a first aid room. TIMELINE: An RFP for design services has been issued by the Owner. Further update may be confirmed upon award.
