Sources are sought to establish a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement for the treatment, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste generated by the Hawaii Air National Guard. The requirement supports operations at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam and geographically separated units on Maui and the island of Hawaii. Services include compliant handling and disposal of hazardous waste in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations. This sources sought notice is issued solely for market research under FAR Part 10 to identify capable vendors and assess competition, including the potential for small business set-asides. It is not a solicitation, request for quotation, proposal, or bid, and does not commit the Government to issue a future procurement.
