Renovation of a military facility in Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove and replace twenty-six existing Variable Air Volume (VAV) controllers and twenty-six associated thermostats at Building 4069. Work includes de-energizing, disconnecting, and safely removing obsolete or non-functioning components, and installing government-furnished Carrier VAV controllers and thermostats compatible with the existing building automation system. The contractor shall perform all ancillary tasks required for complete installation, including removing and replacing ceiling tiles, installing or replacing control wiring, coordinating work with the Contracting Officers Representative, and restoring affected areas to their original condition. All removed materials and debris shall be properly disposed of in accordance with applicable requirements, and any additional components required shall be original equipment manufacturer parts to ensure system integrity and warranty compliance. Location: Building 4069, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
