This project is a progressive Design Build T Request for Proposal for Brookwood Library are being solicited by the selected Design Builder , P+C Construction (P+C). Scope of work will consist of new elevator , roof replacement , parapet Repairs , and interior security upgrades . This project is a progressive Design Build Tenant Improvement of the existing Brookwood Library . P&C will be accepting Proposals based on Qualifications , Experience , Procurement Strategy , and Budgeting specifically for Roofing and Elevator Progressive Design Build trade partners . P +C will be seeking COBID certified trades and suppliers through this process . As part of this Request for Proposal , Roofing trade partners are to include in their RFP the ability to perform all related sheet metal and include a professional roofing consultant as part of their overall design build scope . Failure to do so , or to submit an incomplete proposal , will likely cause the proposal to be deemed non -responsive and thus rejected . All proposers must be registered with the Construction Contractors Board at the time of submission of their proposals and carry all licensing and bonding required for a public project in the State of Oregon . P&C reserves the right to : reject any and all RFPs ; reject any proposals not in compliance with the solicitation procedures and requirements ; reject for good cause any proposal that would be in the public's best interest to do so ; and waive minor irregularities in any or all proposal responses . There will be no public opening of the proposals received or announcement by P&C of selected firms until such a time after a selection has been made by the project team .
