Completed plans call for the construction of a 12-story above grade elderly care / assisted living facility; municipal facility; fire / police facility; for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility; municipal facility; and fire / police facility.

General contracting services for a 12-storey Long Term Care facility. The project provides 378 beds, supportive services, administrative spaces, and infection prevention and control features.
