Remodeling of a medical facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 7,055-square-foot medical facility.
Project No. 2024133, 2026-07 ESTIMATED COST: $4,000,000.00 The work will primarily take place on floors two and six within UMC's Summit Tower, located at 2040 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102. Approximately 2,574 square feet on the second floor will be built out to a vanilla shell, and 9,260 square feet on the sixth floor will be demoed and built out. The renovation work will include, but is not limited to, demolition, asbestos abatement (if applicable), new plumbing lines, HVAC, electrical, finishes, millwork, and communications. For full details, see the Instructions with Exhibit A (Scope of Work) via the Attachments tab. Written certification is required as part of the contract pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 332.065. There is a notice regarding Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, ensuring nondiscrimination in the bidding process.
