The Project includes the following Work: Electrical The Project consists of the demolition and modification of existing electrical systems, along with the furnishing and installation of new HVAC equipment and upgraded electrical power distribution systems for the sewer vacuum station. Owner anticipates that the Project's bid price for Sch A, Sch B and Sch C will be approximately $1,250,000 individually. Schedule A, B, and C consists of furnishing and installing electrical and HVAC remodeling of sewer vacuum station, is expected to be substantially complete with Sch A by Sep 1, 2026. Question Deadline 06/12/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Online will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through Online . Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than Online . The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a bid security subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty-five (35) days after the date of the opening thereof.
