The project includes milling asphalt and concrete pavement, replacing old storm inlets, manholes and lateral pipe, removing and replacing concrete sidewalk and driveways, replacing all curb and gutter, hot mix asphalt, adjusting various sanitary and storm structures, restoration, signage and any other incidental items necessary to complete said work as shown on the plans and these specifications Pre-qualification requirements: The form provided for 'Bidder's Proof of Responsibility' shall be completed and returned to the Director of Engineering not less than five days before the date of bid opening.
