Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to; Installation of retroreflective backplates, advance stop bars, and leading pedestrian intervals at the intersection of Cedar and Shields. Installation of intersection lighting, high-visibility crosswalks, a pedestrian hybrid active crosswalk (HAWK), and reconstruction of curb returns at the intersection of Cedar and Fountain. The Construction Allocation for this project is $996,163.00 Question Deadline 06/30/2026 Any questions or concerns relating to these Specifications shall be directed in writing to the designated Procurement Specialist of the Purchasing Division, Questions will be accepted only up to 5 working days prior to the bid opening date to allow the City, if necessary
