The Board of Directors of the Fresno Metropolitan Flood Control District invites sealed proposals for the Construction of Storm Drainage Facilities in Drainage Area "EN", Contract "EN-11", Fresno County, California. Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Fresno Metropolitan Flood Control District. The Instructions to Bidders and other Contract Documents are available at the office of the District for examination without charge. Copies of Plans, Special Provisions and Contract Documents may be obtained at 5471 E. Olive Avenue, back building, for a fee of $10.00. Standard Plans and Specifications are available for $30.00 per set, or portions may be secured for a nominal fee. Fees are non-refundable. Contractors and all subcontractors are required to comply with Government Code Section 12940 concerning non-discrimination in employment for public works. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
