The scope of work includes but is not limited to; Demolition of the existing building and parking lot at 4333 North Blackstone Avenue. Demolition activities include removing existing building structure, cutting and capping existing utilities (gas, fire, sewer), removing existing AC pavement and landscape islands, removing curbs, gutters, walkways, equipment slabs, and removing existing light poles, signs, and all trees and existing landscaping. Question Deadline 07/07/2026 Questions will be accepted only up to 5 working days prior to the bid opening date to allow the City, if necessary, to issue an addendum to all bidders stating revisions, deletions, or additions to be made to the Specifications as a result of any questions.
