The scopes available for bidding include: Masonry, Glazed Deco Metal Railings, Millwork, Waterproofing & Joint Sealants, Spray Insulation, Metal Wall Panels, Roofing, Roof Pavers, Doors, Frames, Hardware, Glass & Glazing, Drywall & Acoustical, Sound Baffle Systems, Wood Look Linear Blade Ceiling, Hard Tile, Resilient and Carpet, Painting, Misc. Specialties, Cubicle Curtains, Operable Partitions, Building Signage, Interior Signage, Display Cases, Medical Headwalls, Miscellaneous Fixed Medical Equipment, Medical Casework, Residential Appliances, Window Treatments, Countertops, Custom Elevator Interiors, Voice and Data, Audio/Visual, Landscape and Irrigation, Area of Refuge-Rescue Assistance Signal Systems, Fencing and Gates, Unit Pavers, Site Furnishings. Bidders must thoroughly inspect the site and include all necessary items to complete the intended scope of work in their bid. Bids received after the deadline or more than ninety-six hours before the bid opening will not be accepted. A Bid Bond is required for bids in excess of $50,000. The successful bidder must execute a subcontract agreement based on the Clark Master Subcontract, Project Schedule, and Clark Scope Sheet, and must complete a prequalification process as instructed.
