Site work for a transportation facility in Hollis, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The project consists of the removal of the existing underground fuel system, construction of a new AVGAS aboveground storage tank (AST), and reconstruction of the apron with concrete pavement. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bidders must be licensed to perform work within the state of Oklahoma. All Bidders must make good faith efforts, as defined by Appendix A of 40 CFR Part 28, to subcontract a minimum of 0% of the dollar value of the prime contract to small business concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals. The project is partially funded under the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airport Improvement Program (AIP), and contractors must comply with all required federal provisions listed in the contract documents. Bids must remain in effect for 120 days after the bid opening date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities in the Bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of the Owner, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids.
