Site work and paving for a civil project in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work : Roadway restoration services associated with water main installations , service line replacements , and water main repairs . This work will include milling , paving , and sealing roadway patches and/or roadway sections previously restored with a binder base course to top of ditch by the Authority . All final restorations shall be completed in accordance with the applicable Township /Borough , state/county specifications . The BFMA service area includes twenty -three (23) municipalities which are listed in the enclosed RFP . The project duration shall be a 1-year annual contract . The Owner herby reserves the right , which is understood and agreed to by all bidders , to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted , and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received . The Beaver Falls Municipal Authority (BFMA ) provides potable water to a service population of approximately 50,000 customers in the following 23 Western PA municipalities : o New Sewickley Township o North Sewickley Township o Patterson Heights Borough o Patterson Township o Pulaski Township o Rochester Borough o Big Beaver Borough o Bridgewater Borough o City of Beaver Falls o Chippewa Township o Conway Borough oDaughtery Township oEastvale Borough East Rochester Borough o Fallston Borough o Freedom Borough o Homewood Borough o New Brighton Borough . West Mayfield Borough o White Township o Zelienople Borough The successful bidder (s) shall furnish all labor , materials , equipment , and supervision necessary to complete Roadway Restoration appurtenances including , but not limited to : Saw cut & excavation . Milling of existing pavement as required Installation of base , binder , and wearing course asphalt o Proper compaction of all materials o Sealing of all joints , seams, and pavement edges Full -width paving as required by township , county , or state specifications . o Concrete Pavement Concrete Curb o Asphalt Wedge Curb o Traffic control as necessary Cleanup and disposal of all waste materials.
