Sealed bids are requested for 12,175 square yards of asphalt seal coat. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $975.00 per calendar day. Bids must be submitted on forms provided by the municipality and must include a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, payable to the municipality. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond or certified check equal to 100% of the contract within 20 days of being awarded the contract.
