The Asphalt Pavement Rehabilitation Phase 3 & Taxiway Pavement Maintenance Project consists of two schedules of work: Schedule I is for Asphalt Apron Pavement Rehabilitation Phase 3 and Schedule II is for Taxiway ‘C’D’E’ Pavement Maintenance. The project includes providing all tools, equipment, materials, and labor necessary to complete the work. All bids must be accompanied by lawful monies of the United States or a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, Bid Bond, Bank Money Order, or Bank Draft, in an amount not less than ten percent of the total bid, payable to the order of the Bert Mooney Airport Authority as liquidated damages if the successful bidder fails to execute the contract. After contract award, the successful bidder must furnish separate Performance and Payment Bonds, each for 100% of the contract amount. Contractors must comply with applicable federal requirements including, but not limited to, Buy American Preference, Civil Rights Title VI Assurances, Davis Bacon Requirements, Debarment and Suspension, Lobbying, and Procurement of Recovered Materials. Contractors and subcontractors must register with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry prior to bidding. The contract is funded in part by a grant from the Federal Aviation Administration, and award is subject to FAA concurrence. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities. The Bidder must supply all required information as specified.
