Contractor to review this and confirm the feasibility of this location of the phase line . Provide a schedule and plan for completing this work and the seal coating and painting of the west parking lot . Coordinate any shutdowns with the Owner . Area A Remove existing bituminous pavement and curbs in the parking lot , compact existing aggregate base, and grade base to drain to existing catch basins . Supplement existing gravel to improve drainage to catch basins . Replace bituminous pavement and complete parking striping . Remove and replace concrete walk in the area by door . Remove concrete collars around catch basins . Adjust all catch basins , manholes and valves to finish grade . Repair any damaged irrigation lines and restore lawn areas . Area B Clean existing asphalt pavement , sealcoat , and restripe parking lot . The facility will remain open to the public and staff during the duration of the construction . Contractor shall have control of one-half of the parking lot for the entirety of construction , and will not be able to complete the other one-half of the parking lot until the first one-half is open for use . The minimum time this proposal will be in force is 90 days .
