The City of Bloomington is issuing this RFI to select a consultant team to develop a corridor study and conceptual design for the 2.4 mile S Walnut Street corridor from Allen Street to Rhorer Road. The study will support the City's Comprehensive Plan, Transportation Plan, and Safe Streets and Roads for All Safety Action Plan, focusing on roadway safety improvements. Question Submission Deadline:June 26, 2026, 5:00pm Question Response Deadline:July 2, 2026, 5:00pm All communications from interested parties to the City during the submission process shall be made to Hank Duncan at hank.duncan@bloomington.in.gov. The City envisions a project timeline of approximately 10 months. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
