Site work for a water / sewer project in Burlington, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project includes the construction of approximately 590 linear feet of 12-inch PVC sanitary sewer pipe installation as well as the replacement of 600 linear feet of 12-inch concrete sewer pipe with 12-inch HDPE sanitary sewer pipe installed by pipe bursting. The project includes the installation of eight new manholes, and filling and rechanneling of existing manhole structures. The project includes temporary sewage pumping and site restoration all in accordance with the contract plans and specifications. The work shall be substantially complete within 50 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or proposal bond payable to the "City of Burlington" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total proposal amount. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the bid documents. The City of Burlington reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any proposal.
