Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility.
This project includes salvaging specified building materials and taking those materials to interested vendors or salvage companies, mitigation of lead and asbestos containing materials, removal and disposal of four structures and an inground hoist, capping utilities, site-work/grading, and cleanup. State of Washington prevailing wage rates apply. No bid may be withdrawn after the due date and time unless the contract award is delayed for more than 90 days. Minority and Women's Business Enterprise (MWBE) contractor and supplier participation is encouraged but not mandatory. Veteran-owned businesses may also be utilized. The successful bidder must comply with all federal, state, and local EEO laws and regulations.
