In general, the work consists of the construction of an unheated building for disinfecting vehicles, boats, and other equipment. A paved access road will connect the building to the existing roads. A natural gas-fired hot water sprayer will be installed in the building. Sealed bids must be delivered to the indicated location or submitted via the eBuilder Bid Portal before the specified time. Only PDF scanned files of all required bid documents, including bid and bid bond forms with original wet signatures or properly transmitted electronic signatures (PDF files only), are accepted via the eBuilder Bidding Portal. Alternatively, submissions can be sent by US Mail, third-party delivery, or hand delivery to the specified address and location. The bidder is responsible for ensuring the sealed bid is delivered or submitted before the time specified. Third-party delivery is entirely at the bidder's risk.
