Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Stuart, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a golf course; for the construction of a golf course; for site work for a golf course; and water / sewer project.
Martin County is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms for the replacement and installation of prefabricated pump stations at the East, South, and North pump stations at Sailfish Sands Golf Course. The project includes demolition of existing pump stations, installation of new pump houses, construction of a new concrete foundation and wet well at the South pump station, and integration of all electrical and irrigation control systems. The Proposer shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, permitting, testing, commissioning, and related services necessary to deliver complete and operational systems in accordance with the project plans and specifications. All work shall comply with applicable codes and regulations, including the Florida Building Code and High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) requirements.
