The Village of Country Club is accepting sealed bids from qualified design-build teams to provide all engineering, permitting, and construction services required to complete the Roma Lane Drainage Rehabilitation Project. SCOPE OF WORK : The selected design -build team shall furnish all engineering , permitting , construction , materials , equipment , labor , administration , insurance , and incidentals necessary to deliver a turnkey project . At a minimum , the scope includes : 1. Pre -Design Investigation Topographic survey , hydraulic & hydrologic analysis . Identification of jurisdictional waters , wetlands , easementsand right -of -way limits . .Engineering & Permitting Preparation of stamped construction plans and technical specifications meeting Village , MODNR , and APWA standards . Preparation and submittal of all regulatory permits MDNR Land Disturbance Permit (if applicable ) Floodplain Development Permit (if applicable ) SWPPP and erosion -control plan compliant with MoDNR Construction Utility Coordination with existing exposed utilities . Demolition , clearing , grubbing , and haul off . Installation of 36-inch (Approximately ) N12 HDPE storm pipe with concrete headwall inlet and FES outlet .
