The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the West Lafayette Campus Physics Building Room B082 and B082A Lab Renovation - 2026. Question Deadline 06/22/2026 All questions about the Contract Documents shall be directed to the Architect of Record. A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents, while one compact disk or download is available at no charge. Deposits for hard copies must be in the form of a check. Documents returned in good condition within the allotted time or by the winning bidder can request the return of their deposit check and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope or UPS account number; otherwise, the check will be voided. Postage and handling fees may apply. The project is a 1,300 sqft renovation of an existing shell space on the basement level of the PHYS building. The scope includes some minor demolition, new partitions, doors, and casework to support the research. MEPT scope includes a new precision cooling unit, and distribution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support the laboratory functions. B. Contract: Construction work under unified fixed price contract.
