The Berm in the Middle of the Celery Bog Will Be Modified by Widening the Earthen Weir and Armoring the Opening With Riprap . The Outlet System Work Includes the Removal of Two 36 - Inch Reinforced Concrete Pipes Under the Trail Near the Northwest Corner of the Celery Bog and Replacement With a 72 - Inch X 36 - Inch Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert . In Addition , a 24 - Inch Reinforced Concrete Pipe Will Be Installed Under Cumberland Avenue . Each proposal shall be in a sealed envelope directed to the Board of Public Works and Safety of West Lafayette , and plainly marked to indicate the title of the project and the name and address of the bidder .
