The work consists of the 2026 Amberleigh Village Pavement Resurfacing Project. This project includes resurfacing roads with a minor structural overlay, specifically on Cinnabar St and Edgerton St. Bidders must submit their bids using the provided bid form and the State Board of Accounts Contractor's Bid for Public Work Form 96 (Revised 2013), in triplicate, with a properly executed non-collusion affidavit. All bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked '2026 Amberleigh Village Pavement Resurfacing Project,' and include a certified or cashier's check or bid bond of not less than 5% of the total bid price. The successful bidder is required to enter into the written agreement and provide a 100% performance, payment, and guarantee bond. Wage rates must comply with Indiana state statute. Additional instructions, general conditions, special conditions, and specifications are available at the Office of the City Engineer. Note* No oral, telephoned, telegraphed, facsimile, or email bids or changes to bids will be considered. The total bid price shall be clearly displayed on the top of the bid packet within the envelope. The date of final completion shall be October 1, 2026 No interpretation of the meaning of the Plans, Drawings, or other Contract Documents will be made to any Bidder orally. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by addenda. Addenda will be mailed or delivered to all who are known by the City of West Lafayette to have received a complete set of Bidding Documents. Copies of Addenda will be made available for inspection wherever Bidding Documents are on file for that purpose. No Addenda will be issued later than three (3) business days prior to the date for receipt of bids except an Addendum, if necessary, postponing the date for receipt of bids or withdrawing the request for bids
