High School Chiller Replacement Notice is hereby given that West Lafayette Community School Corporation ("School"), by and through its Board is requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide work and services related to routine operation, repair, and/or maintenance of structures, buildings, and facilities located at 1105 N. Grant St., West Lafayette, IN ("Project"). All work for complete construction of and services for the Project shall be performed under one prime contract with School. School expects to award a contract for the Project to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder at its June 8, 2026 board meeting. School reserves the right to hold bids, including any alternates, for up to 60 days from the date of bid opening. School reserves in its sole discretion the right to cancel the solicitation, reject any and all bids, is not obligated to accept the lowest or any other bid, and may waive any irregularities, discrepancies, omissions, variances or informalities in the bidding procedure.
