Site work and paving for a transportation facility in West Lafayette, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the West Lafayette Campus - Taxiway D Reconstruction and Apron Expansion-2026 project. Bids must be for complete construction only, properly executed and submitted on the required forms accompanied by an executed financial data form, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, a written drug testing plan for contractor employees, and a Combination Bid Bond and Bond for Construction equal to the maximum total of the base and any alternate bids. Bids must list the names of principal subcontractors with the bid, with the remainder of the questionnaires and material lists to be submitted later. Bidders are advised to review all instructions, contract conditions, specifications, plans, and drawings. The Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any terms, conditions, provisions, or informalities as deemed advantageous to the University. It is strongly recommended that contractors attend a voluntary pre-bid meeting and site walk to understand the project scope and work area. AIP 3-18-0045-050-2025 Contractors may submit questions to Jill Geboy, Woolpert Project Manager, at jill.geboy@woolpert.com. Questions will be received until 10:00 a.m. EDT on April 22, 2026. Questions received after this date and time will not be answered.
