Oak Road for approximately 3,700 feet to an existing pump station, sanitary sewer force main for along N. Oak Road for approximately 5,200 feet, then gravity sanitary sewer along N. Oak Road, E. Lippencott Boulovard, and N. Irish Road for approximately 17,800 feet to an existing manhole. Additional work includes but is not limited to restoration of existing pavements and road, landscape and surface restoration, erosion control, and utility reconnections as required. Each Bid submitted to GCDC-WWS shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order payable to GCDC-WWS or a Bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total base Bid.
