Site work for a mixed-use development in Newfields, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a 70,000-square-foot fire / police facility; and fire / police facility.
The Town of Newfields seeks proposals from qualified professional firms to provide surveying, wetland delineation, site evaluation, and permitting services associated with the planning and development of a proposed municipal Safety Complex. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than : June 12 , 2026 , by 3:00 PM EST Questions shall be directed to :John Hayden Email : JHayden@newfieldsnh.go The proposed project site consists of four (4) existing Town -owned parcels totaling approximately fifteen (15) acres. The Town's legal counsel has completed deed research for the parcels , and supporting documentation will be made available to the selected consultant . Public water and sewer infrastructure are available in the vicinity of the site for future facility connections . The Committee's preliminary planning assumptions include : Approximate building footprint : 15,000 square feetApproximate total impervious area : 55,000 square feet Includes building footprint , parking , circulation , and access drives These figures are preliminary and subject to refinement as the project advances . Concurrent with the requested services , the Committee intends to undertake conceptual facility design and site planning activities COPE OF SERVICES The selected consultant team shall provide professional services including , but not limited to, the following : A. Boundary and Topographic Surveying Provide complete boundary and topographic surveying services for the project site , including : Full boundary survey of all project parcels One-foot contour topographic mapping Identification of visible site features and utilities Wetland flag location integration Existing accessand roadwayfeatures Preparation of signed and stamped survey plans by a licensed New Hampshire land surveyor B. Wetland Delineation Provide wetland science services including : Wetland delineation for all jurisdictional wetlands and associated resource areas Wetland flagging and mapping Field investigation and documentation Preparation of wetland delineation plans and supporting documentation Services to be performed by a Certified Wetland Scientist or similarly qualified professional
