The Newfields Village Water & Sewer District requests the submission of Statements of Qualifications from full-service engineering firms to provide engineering services for overall water system including sourcing, treatment and distribution. The Statement of Qualifications shall include, as a minimum, the following information: 1. Introductory cover letter 2. The firm's experience over the past ten years for: o Water treatment facility planning and upgrades o Water Sourcing o Water Distribution System Evaluations o Water Rate Evaluations 3. Information describing the roles and qualifications of key members of your firm that may be involved with the various projects including the proposed main client contact person and a proposed organization chart. 4. A statement or discussion on why your firm would be a good fit for the Newfields District. 5. A minimum of five client references for similar projects completed over the past five years. 6. Firms must be on the State of New Hampshire Department of Environmental Service roster of prequalified engineers and demonstrate familiarity with their funding programs.
