Renovation of a municipal facility in Newfields, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of September 25, 2025 Project has been awarded to Colangelos Gutters for $5,120.00. The Town ofNewfields is seeking quotes for the supply and installation of approximately 62 linear feet of new gutters and downspouts, guards on all new and existing gutters, rain barrel system and collection piping. The Town ofNewfields reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest ofthe Town. All work to be completed within five working days priorto October 13, 2025 For any questions, please contact Sue McKinnon at suemckinnon@newfieldsnh.gov Provide and install approximately 62 If of new 5" gutter, 3" X 4" downspouts and collection pipe * Provide and install micro mesh gutter guards (or equivalent) on all new and existing gutters at town hall only o Clean and perform general maintenance on all existing gutters at town hall and library o Connect all downspouts with adapters into four new collection pipes installed by others o Provide 50-gal Rain Wizard rain barrel, stand and overflow (or equivalent) at northeast gutter of town hall. Overflowto run to infiltration trench provided by others. o All material to be .032-gauge aluminum K style and 3' X 4" downspouts o Gutter hanger spacing 14" o All necessary adapters for down spout to piping connections to provide a complete system
