Reference Number 0000426196 The CWCB (Colorado Water Conservation Board) has awarded the city a grant to conduct a feasibility study related to the creation of a multi-purpose reservoir. The city is soliciting bids to complete the work outlined in the grant. The Grant Agreement's scope will be to perform the work outlined in the CWCB grant application for the John Griffin Regional Park Reservoir Feasibility Study. This feasibility study includes the tasks listed in the grant application as well as coordination with the Army Corps (USACE) in alignment with their tasks within the Planning Assistance to States (PAS) agreement and the Army Corps Statement of Work (SOW). This work will be managed by Luke Javernick, Project Manager for the CWCB grant.
